PRO COACHING IRELAND

Pro triathlon training includes custom and tailored plans to help you reach your goal. You’ll get a custom triathlon training plan, weekly power sessions, Functional Threshold Power tests, weekly one on one with a professional trainer and brick training sessions for when you’re coming up to your races.

You’ll receive all the support and help you need to achieve your athletic goals. The triathlon training plans are suitable for all levels of fitness.

Meet the Coach

Ger Redmond is a Professional triathlete who could’nt swim in 2017, he knows how to push athletes of all different levels as he’s been at all different levels, at Procoaching Ger will push you towards your Goals he is a very passionate Athlete and loves to work with individuals who want to work hard on their Goals.

Ger Redmond specialises in creating tailored and custom triathlon training plans for all levels of fitness.

In 2019 I took the task of getting 8 athletes to a sub 3 hour marathon. In this video andy who slumped at the 40km mark tried to pull out. But as a coach, I wasn’t going to allow that to happen so I went back for him and carried him home to a 02:58:00 marathon. His first ever sub 3 #NeverGiveUp
