ABOUT ME
Ger Redmond is an Irish Professional Triathlete who has had a colorful journey to where he is today. The multiple IRONMAN has had a life filled with highs, lows and a host of twists and turns including a two year term in Mountjoy prison. He turned to a life of criminality after seeing his dream of becoming a professional footballer was cruelly ended.
After time in prison, Ger has reinvented his life as a triathlete, focusing on inspiring his children and young people in his area setting up Coolock Running Club along with Another Way 5k and much much more.
Ger is also a Coach in Oberstown Detention Centre for young offenders his mantra is to provide support and gift them a new tool & coping mechanism venting a negative into a positive thought the power of sport

He tailored a plan to suit me and my family, and in the last four years, I have achieved things I never thought possible. Numerous 70.3 Ironmans , along with a couple of marathons and shorter distance races. With his great training plans and his professional help I am improving all the time.

There's many out there who do the bare minimum, but Ger has pushed me and continues to develop me week in week out. The journey is beautiful.

I came to ger when my best marathon was 3:20. He has made me into the athlete I am today. I now am a 2:50 marathon runner an hoping to better this year. I am getting PBs every race I do at min and it's all down to believing in my coach an the process and hard work. But for me Ger is a great coach and if you wanna smash goals he's your man.
